Q: Do I need to sign a contract for a minimum period?

A: All of our student accommodation in Plymouth is set up on a 10-month contact, commencing on the 1st September and finishing on the 30th June. It is possible to extend this contact to include July and August.

Q: Will Ineed a guarantor?

A: All students will need a guarantor. The guarantor needs to be living and working full time in the United Kingdom.

Q: What if I don't have a guarantor?

A: If you don't have a guarantor your rent will need to be paid in full for the 10 months term of your tenancy prior to you moving into your accommodation.

Q: How is the rent paid?

A: You will need to pay a reservation fee at the time of booking your room, the equivalent to 1 months rent. This will be refunded to you in full at the end of your tenancy provided you have not caused any damage to the property.
You will need to pay your 1st months rent before the 1st September and the remaining 9 months rent payments will be paid on a quarterly basis on the 1st October, January and April.
