New-build scheme was completed in September 2009 consisting of
400 units - 10 studios and 390 in clusters. The scheme is
arranged over ten floors of cluster flats and studio apartments
within easy reach of Bournemouth University and Bournemouth Town
Centre. Please note that as this is a new scheme. Details may be
subject to change.
