Emmanuel House is located on North Road West.
The scheme has 14 self-contained studio apartments each with their
own kitchen and shower room.
All the studios are fully furnished and carpeted, they include a
bed, wardrobe, study desk, settee / armchair, bedside cabinet and
chest of drawers (subject to unit type and floor size).
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, fridge, kettle,
toaster and microwave oven.
Emmanuel House also has a fully-equipped communal laundry with
washing machine and tumble dryers, some parking and bike
storage.
All studios have individual key meters for electricity and
telephone connection points. Central heating is included in the
rent.
