Kes House is located in Camden Street. The scheme has
14 self-contained studio apartments each with their own kitchen and
ensuite shower rooms.
All studios are fully furnished to include a bed, wardrobe,
study desk, settee/armchair, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers
(subject to unit type and floor size).
The kitchens are fully-equipped to include cooker,
fridge, kettle, toaster, and a microwave oven.
Kes House also has a fully-equipped communal laundry with a washing
machine and tumble dryer.
All studios have individual meters for electricity and telephone
connection points. Central heating is included in the rent.
