House is located on Hastings Street.
The scheme has 45 study bedrooms in cluster
apartments. Each cluster is made up of 2, 4
or 5 study bedrooms with shared kitchen and
shower room facilities.
All the bedrooms are fully furnished and carpeted.
They include a bed, wardrobe, study desk, settee/armchair,
bedside cabinet, and chest of drawers (subject
to unit type and floor size).
The shared fully-equipped kitchen includes a
cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, and microwave
oven.
Combestone House also has a
fully-equipped communal laundry with washing
machine and tumble dryers, some parking and
bike storage. There are telephone connection
points in each study bedroom. Central heating
and electricity is included in the rent. Broadband
will be available as an optional extra.
