House is situated in Oxford Place. The scheme
has 22 self-contained studio apartments each
with their own kitchen and ensuite shower room.
All studios are fully furnished
and carpeted. Theyinclude a bed, wardrobe, study

chest of drawers (subject to unit type and floor
size).

site.

key meters for electricity and telephone connection
